Sauerkraut Verdict


Yup! It was worth it. Totally. Of course, next time I’ll use Chug’s salt-to-cabbage ratio, as I felt it was a bit light on the salt. But, overall, the month was worth the wait and the kraut is quite satisfying. Next up, a Reuben. I’ll get some corned beef thawed and cooked this week. Should be amazing!
